Pricing
Pricing aligned with responsibility, complexity, and service model.
SaleStreams LLC uses project, milestone, transaction, volume-tier, and recurring-service pricing. Engagements are priced around the outcome and authorized responsibility—not around the client purchasing or directing individual staff hours.
Responsibility-based pricing
The level of analysis, judgment, and ownership shapes the price.
Client-directedDefined Processing
The client defines the objective, approved pathway, required inputs, and decision criteria. We complete the authorized steps, track progress, and provide a clear completion record.
Example: Processing a client-identified rebate application, completing estimate follow-up using established criteria, or registering warranties from client-provided project records.
Most predictable transaction pricingManaged fileAdministration & Quality Management
The client defines the objective and applicable business process. We manage file readiness, quality review, missing-information requests, exceptions, follow-up, status visibility, and completion through the agreed endpoint.
Example: Managing a rebate, permit, receivable, or project-administration file through deficiencies, responses, submission, and handoff.
Higher service level and responsibilityResearch-ledResearch, Analysis & Process Development
We evaluate requirements, compare available pathways, document assumptions, and recommend an appropriate course of action before implementation or processing begins.
Example: Researching potential program qualification, designing a workflow or dashboard, assessing an operating process, or developing an S&OP implementation plan.
Custom pricing based on research, complexity, and responsibility Service and pricing structure
A commercial structure that fits the work.
Pricing reflects expected volume, completeness of client-provided information, research responsibility, complexity, turnaround, service level, systems access, and deliverables.
Pilot or Initial Backlog
A paid, defined starting engagement used to validate assumptions and establish repeatable pricing. Commonly billed in advance or by agreed initiation and completion milestones.
One-Off Project
Fixed-fee or milestone pricing under a Statement of Work or Service Order. An initiation payment reserves capacity; the remaining balance is tied to milestones or completion.
Recurring Managed Service
Monthly base fee or volume tier billed in advance, with approved variable or per-project charges reconciled on the agreed billing cycle.
Per-Project Processing
Transaction pricing for repeatable, client-directed files. Incomplete files, remediation, research, or scope changes are handled under documented exception pricing.
Systems & Planning Implementation
Fixed-scope or milestone pricing for workflow design, CRM and business-platform administration, S&OP design and implementation, resource-capacity planning, dashboards, SOPs, onboarding, training, and coaching.
Payment Method
ACH is preferred. Credit card on file may be accepted where available. Payment timing, authorization limits, recurring charges, and past-due remedies are stated in the signed agreement.
